• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes under normal conditions.

Payment methods accepted by vag888 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). vag888 does not charge any processing fee for deposits or withdrawals, however third-party payment providers may impose their own charges which are outside our control.

vag888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain situations approved by management.

vag888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or wagering techniques that go against bonus terms, may result in cancellation of the bonus and account termination.

Members agree to:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person or corporate entity.

• Using funds obtained illegally or engaging in any money laundering activity.
• Posting offensive, threatening or inappropriate content through any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to access restricted sections of the platform without authorisation.

vag888 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the account of any member suspected of carrying out the activities listed above, and reserves the right to seize any related funds or winnings while an investigation is in progress.

vag888 strives to provide a stable and uninterrupted service, but cannot guarantee that the platform will be completely free from technical disruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, vag888 will not be liable for:

• Loss of funds resulting from internet connection failures or issues with a member's own device.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Data damage or loss occurring due to factors beyond vag888's control.
• Unauthorised third-party actions that access a member's account due to the member's own negligence.

vag888's liability under any circumstances will not exceed the amount of funds held in the member's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting vag888 customer support. Before account closure is processed, any balance in the account that meets the minimum withdrawal requirement will be returned to the member.

vag888 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms contained in this document.
• Failed identity verification or suspected fraudulent activity.
• A request from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as determined from time to time.

In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, vag888 reserves the right to withhold any winnings or balances associated with the activity that breached those terms while an investigation is conducted.

vag888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Terms and Conditions document at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the vag888.wine website.

If there is any conflict between a translated version of this document (if any) and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall be considered final and shall prevail over all other versions.
